With over 15 years of experience as a culture and wellness thought leader, consultant, and coach for organizations like DaVita Healthcare, Microsoft, and Puget Sound Energy, Turpin is a compassionate leader. At Ethos Veterinary Health, he spearheads a team of facilitators and coaches, all committed to assisting veterinary professionals in overcoming both personal and professional obstacles. As a Marine Corps combat veteran, Turpin has dedicated over two decades to supporting the welfare of military veterans, leading integration retreats for organizations such as the Freedom Foundation of Valley Forge, Freedom and Honor, and the PA Yellow Ribbon Program, along with developing internal veteran programs for future 500 companies.
