November 20, 2024We are thrilled to welcome Julie Noyes, DVM, PhD, MA, MS, to the Ethos Innovation and Clinical Learning & Development team as our Learning Innovation Lead. With her extensive experience and deep connections within the veterinary community, including valuable work with Ethos and VetBloom, Julie is well-positioned to make a lasting impact in shaping the future of veterinary education.
Julie previously served as the Director of Academic Affairs and Executive Director of the Spectrum of Care Initiative at the American Association of Veterinary Medical Colleges (AAVMC). She is an internationally recognized expert in competency-based learning frameworks and assessment strategies, bringing a fresh, forward-thinking perspective to our team. Julie’s passion for advancing veterinary education is matched only by her unwavering commitment to fostering growth, innovation, and excellence within the profession.
Julie earned her bachelor’s degree in biology and environmental studies from Oberlin College, and went on to earn a Master of Science, Master of Arts, and Doctor of Philosophy from Washington State University, as well as a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Colorado State University.
We are excited to have Julie on board as we continue to innovate and elevate learning experiences in the veterinary field.
