JENNIFER A. KELLEHER, PHARMD, BCPS, FSVHP
Dr. Kelleher is a native of Swampscott, Massachusetts and graduated from Phillips Academy Andover in 2001. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Vermont in 2005 and worked as a Certified Dental Assistant for 7 years before deciding to switch careers.
Jenn completed a rotation in equine veterinary compounding pharmacy at the New England Equine Medical & Surgical Center of Dover, New Hampshire, which solidified her plans to pursue a career in veterinary compounding. After graduating with her Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2015 from MCPHS University (formerly Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences), she completed a yearlong postdoctoral PGY-1 pharmacy practice residency at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital in Dover, NH where she continues to work as a Per Diem clinical pharmacist. In 2016, she became a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS).
Jenn joined the compounding pharmacy team in December of 2015. She is a fellow of the Society of Veterinary Hospital Pharmacists (SVHP) and a member of the International Academy of Compounding Pharmacists (IACP), as well as a board member of the New Hampshire Pharmacists Association (NHPA) and past board member of the Massachusetts Pharmacist Association (MPhA). She is a passionate educator and enjoys lecturing at STEM events, high schools, colleges of pharmacy and to her peers. Her academic interests include immunotherapy, infectious disease and anticoagulation, both human and veterinary.
Jenn lives on the North Shore of Boston with her husband, where they often foster cats and kittens for a local shelter. She enjoys skiing, traveling, SCUBA diving, carpentry and aviation.
